Timeline:
- Artist applications due: Friday, April 3, 2026
- Artist notifications by: Friday, May 1, 2026
- Final lineup locked: Friday, May 29, 2026
- Production advance deadline: Friday, July 24, 2026
Set Length: The minimum set length will be 45 minutes. Final set length for each act will be determined once all bands have submitted their applications and the schedule is built.
Artist Terms
- No deposit required for most artists.
- Acceptance must be confirmed within 7 days of offer; if not confirmed, slot may be reassigned.
- Production advance deadline: Friday, July 24, 2026 (stage plot + input list/backline).
- Daytime sets should be family-friendly; higher-energy content can be scheduled later.
We may feature a special headliner set in the late evening at a downtown venue; this does not change the application process for most artists.
What happens next:
- We review all artist applications after the deadline.
- Notifications will be sent by Friday, May 1, 2026.
- If selected, you’ll receive a confirmation email and next steps for advancing your set.
